This plan is for you if you have never ridden 100 miles in 1 day. You may be new to the sport of cycling with basic technique and need some advice and support with skills and equipment choice.
This plan is for you if you have completed cycling events but might find the thought of riding 100 miles a challenge. You may not have completed back-to-back events or necessarily ridden with a group or regular cycling club.
This plan is for you if you regularly participate in Sportives and multi-day events. You can ride 100 miles relatively comfortably and regularly ride with a group or club. You take part in cycling activities consistently throughout the year.
