The online ‘MyEvents Portal’ allows you to edit your registration, defer, complete a participant transfer and purchase additional items such as laundry.

Luggage Limits
CLASSIC PACKAGE: Included in your package is ONE 90L piece of luggage, which must not exceed 16kg in weight. Please note that your camping mat and sleeping bag must fit inside your luggage and cannot be attached to the outside.
PLUS PACKAGE: Included in your package is ONE 90L piece of luggage, which must not exceed 16kg in weight and ONE 5kg day bag. Please note that your sleeping bag (for camping on the final night before John O’Groats (Kyle of Sutherland)) must fit inside your luggage and cannot be attached to the outside. A camping mat will be provided for Plus Package riders.

To support your preparations for September, we will be holding a variety of live webinars covering a range of topics to help you prepare you for the Ride.
These will cover everything from general life on the Ride, the route, training tips, mechanical tips, how to pack and you will be given ample opportunity to ask questions too.

Get yourself, your bike and your luggage to and from the event with European Bike Express (EBE), our preferred transport provider. Our Transport Guides below provide all the information you need to know including prices, timetables and how to book:
Whilst EBE work hard to accommodate all riders, some services are limited so make sure you book early to avoid disappointment.
